1/3 cup basil leaves (packed into the measuring cup)
3 Tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
4 Tbsp. olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Pulse all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
That's it! Can you believe it? And if you've never used white balsamic vinegar, rush to the store now. It's an awesome substitute for balsamic and has a slightly sweeter tang.
Second of all, this may be the easiest recipe I've ever posted. Use as dressing on your favorite salad, or as a dip for chicken or fish. You can make this in less than 5 minutes and use on everything all week.
