Opa! I always thought Spanakopita would be so hard to make, but let me tell you - this is one of the easier appetizers I’ve ever cooked. My mom, a vegetarian who loooooves spanakopita more than most other foods, said it’s the best version she’s ever had, beating out her favorite Greek restaurant in the area. So there you have it.
