I used to have two go-to homemade salad dressings: my mom's Caesar and my mom's Greek. Now I have three. I HATE Ranch dressing, but I had a craving for some version of a Cobb so I whipped up this from-scratch honey mustard dressing and it is seriously heaven. This is by far the easiest thing I've ever posted. Just three ingredients blended together in a food processor that you can enjoy on salads or as dips for fish or chicken. Make it every Sunday and know that you have a healthy option on hand all week. The basil is fresh, the white balsamic is tangy and the olive oil provides some good fats. I could not speak more highly about this dressing - it's a game changer!
